Ms. Shivani Yadav

Hello, I’m Shivani, a psychotherapist with an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from TISS, an M.Phil. from NIMHANS, Bengaluru, and trauma-focused psychotherapy training from the Arizona Trauma Institute.

My approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and non-judgment. I create a safe, nurturing space where we can explore your story with curiosity. I see myself as a co-traveler on your journey toward healing, not as an expert in your life.

I work with clients dealing with Anxiety, Depression, Socio-emotional challenges, Grief & Loss, Relationship difficulties, and Stress, Burnout & Trauma. I also help people navigate major life transitions.

I focus on helping clients move beyond problem-saturated narratives by highlighting strengths and moments often overlooked. Drawing from trauma-focused methods, I empower clients to understand and regulate their nervous system, using somatic exercises to release stored emotions and find grounding.

I believe in integrating all parts of ourselves, including addressing the inner critic and healing relational shame. Through this process, I help clients gain a sense of agency and recognize they are active participants in shaping their own experiences.
